What Is Waxweaver?

Waxweaver is an open-ended, sandbox RPG adventure where the player creates, explores, and conquers his or her own unique story. Following the trends of exploration and creation, it would be like Terraria but with something extra- every run is shaped by the choices and skills of the player, with maybe some luck thrown in. So dig away under the earth, gather what you need, build your armory, and prepare for three big-boss involvements. More than three hundred items await you to collect-the battles are too numerous to count.

Game Play

This game in a nutshell involves digging, building, and battling. Mine your resources to build a neat base and outfit yourself. Go along and explore under the earth for hidden loot, and dispatch all these beasts to get better by yourself.

Tips and Tricks

Depending on which route you take, saving yourself from a cave-in would greatly help. Plan your route to avoid cave-ins or use supports where necessary.
Keep track of your supplies and focus on crafting essential gear.
Be prepared to study each boss and their patterns-make sure to gear up, heal, and go over your strategies.
Don’t rush in exploring-the world may have great secrets worth your while; hidden areas are often filled with loot.

History

Waxweaver was developed by a passionate team of creators who wanted to bring a fresh take to the sandbox RPG genre. The game draws inspiration from classics like Terraria but adds its own unique flair. There are very talented people on this team: kaiakairos, staggernight, and a host of other talented artists.
