What is Superfighters?

Superfighters is a chaotic carnage: 2D action platformer with explosive, physics-based combats. It started as a local multiplayer game and has recently developed a thorny cult following. The game lives on its emergent gameplay; expect to shoot it up with death-defying explosions, melee it up with kicks and punches, or destroy with reckless abandon in dynamic stages. The sequel opens up new possibilities to ramp up the mayhem, keeping Superfighters in the must-play list of competitive and cooperative brawler gamers.

How To Play

The sole idea is to put out the other players before they have you put out. Pick either:

Vs. Mode: Grab a friend or a CPU and duke it out in frantic one-on-one battles.
Stage Mode: A friend and you, or by yourself, should take it upon yourselves to fight through waves of enemies that grow harder and harder.

Grab that weapon, aim some grenades, and watch your step around T.N.T. Those crates explode, you know. Team colors are helpful in identifying your teammates: blue, red, yellow, or green, while white indicates the free fighters.

Tips And Tricks

Mastering The Dodge Roll – Time it well using (Crouch + Jump) to evade incoming bullets and melee attacks.
Weapon Priority – Just pick the pistol anytime; shotguns and explosives rule when it comes to close-range combat.
Environmental Awareness – To your advantage and using them: destructible walls and explosive barrels.
Secret Skin – Complete Stage Mode on Normal difficulty to unlock a hidden character.

Superfighters had its start as a high school project before gaining more popularity for its addictive, chaotic gameplay. Its success led to the birth of Superfighters Deluxe, a perfected sequel with so many more weapons, stages, and mechanics. The original continues to be a crowd favorite in the world of indie fighting games.
