What is Gold Strike?

Gold Strike is indeed a fun and addictive mining simulation. Playing as a resourceful old man who digs for treasure during the nighttime, your objective is to strategize in breaking clusters of colored bricks to get to the hidden riches. The farther you go in the digging, the better the payouts, but beware-the mine is continuously shifting!

How to Play

Goal: Breaking bricks whenever there is a grouping of at least two equal colors together.
Controls: Click the brick clusters with your mouse.
Scoring: Yellow bricks (gold) give the most points, whereas brown (wood) and grey (stone) give fewer.
Special Items: Keep an eye out for bricks marked with x2, jars, or gems-they will multiply your score!
Challenge: The mine is unstable-new rows push in from the left, and random bricks drop from above!

Tips & Tricks

Prioritize Gold: Yellow bricks will grant the most points, so pick them first.
Chain Reactions: The larger the match, the bigger the explosion, clearing bricks.
Watch for Obstacles: Bricks falling can interfere with your plans—stay alert!
Plan Ahead: Since the mine is always shifting, plan at least two moves ahead to avoid being trapped.

Gameplay Mechanics

The game Gold Strike takes certain elements from the match-3 puzzle games and makes them a mining affair. Unlike a traditional matching game, a player does not require three in a row; two adjacent bricks of the same color will do. With the ever-changing mine layout, every play is a fresh challenge with unpredictability.
